We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US, China, Canada, Europe & Australia from other countries around the world.
So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of
manufacturing.

You can buy unlimited products from our store.
* How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
* Is shipping FREE?
No, shipping is not free Worldwide.
* Which currency will I be charged in?
 We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

* What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@untouchd.store, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
* How long will it take for my items to arrive?
All packages are shipped within 2-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-7 days, and up to 12 business days for other countries. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

* DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note, Untouchd reserves the right to refuse all returns.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within an estimate of 10 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.
* I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Items shipped outside of the United States or in United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Untouchd. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from carriers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited to your country.
Please check with your country s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at support@untouchd.store with your inquiry.
* DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, but by setting up an account, you become a Untouchd member and have access to order and shipping information.

* CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?
No, once you place an order it is final.
* I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
